Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling inbound/outbound calls to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to schedule inspections Aid in other office responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous interactions with customers Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities Enter and update customer information accurately in the database Meet or exceed call quotas and sales targets Qualifications & Benefits: Qualifications Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred Bookkeeping and leadership experience are highly desirable.
