Senior Marketing Manager

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing communication strategies across Santa Monica Proper and Proper DTLA, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and increasing brand awareness and guest engagement for both properties. This role involves overseeing content creation, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and coordinating internal and external communications.

The Senior Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams at each property to drive integrated campaigns that effectively communicate each hotel’s unique identity while maintaining consistency with Proper Hospitality brand standards.
