Senior Business Analyst - Repo & Securities Lending

Req.#1101123119 Responsibilities Deliver enhancements across front office and back office trading platforms supporting Repo and Securities Lending operations within the Funding, Treasury, and Liquidity program Participate in the full SDLC from requirements gathering workshops and ad-hoc sessions through to test sign-off and production deployment Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with traders, back office users, and senior stakeholders, translating business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications Provide day-to-day application support to front and back office users, troubleshooting issues and communicating technical constraints in accessible, non-technical terms Collaborate with global technology teams across multiple locations and time zones to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of platform enhancements Act as the bridge between business and technology across Pre-Trade and Post-Trade functions, ensuring solutions align with operational workflows and business objectives Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst working across Front Office and Back Office teams within capital markets or financial services environments Detailed understanding of Repo and Securities Lending markets, including Front Office operations, Settlements, and Collateral Management workflows In-depth knowledge of a Repo trading platform, with demonstrated ability to gather and translate requirements from non-technical users into developer-ready specifications Strong ability to explain technical issues and system constraints to non-technical stakeholders, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively within global teams across multiple time zones, with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills Familiarity with P&L valuations, risk calculation methods, or Repo trading infrastructure is considered a strong advantage
