Treatment Nurse

Treatment Nurse Location: Rome, GA 30165 Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Treatment Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care facility in Rome, GA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, focusing on treatment administration and ongoing patient monitoring to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Administer prescribed treatments and medications according to physician orders and facility protocols. Monitor and document residents’ conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team promptly. Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other specialized nursing treatments as required. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Maintain accurate and timely medical records and treatment logs. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards within the long-term care setting. Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding treatment plans and health maintenance.

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Georgia. Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar healthcare environment preferred. Strong knowledge of nursing treatments, medication administration, and patient care protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
