Finished Vehicle Systems & Carrier Development Lead

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in the automotive, OEM, or similar industry Cross-functional experience in supply chain management disciplines Prior experience interacting with multi-disciplinary and operational teams Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask within tight deadlines Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Analytic tools Preferred Qualifications: Master s degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA Experience in Finished Vehicle operations or a related discipline Prior automotive and/or IT systems experience Familiarity with Stellantis ICT systems Proven ability to operate effectively in global, cross-cultural environments Foreign language proficiency
