R&D Leader Location: New York, NY Job Description We are seeking an experienced R&D Leader to join our team in New York, NY. The R&D Leader will be responsible for leading and managing the research and development team to ensure the successful development and launch of new products and technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the R&D team to ensure the successful development and launch of new products and technologies Develop and implement R&D strategies and plans to achieve business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of R&D projects Manage R&D budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of resources Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive Provide leadership and mentorship to R&D team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or science Minimum of 10 years of experience in R&D leadership roles Proven track record of successfully leading and managing R&D teams to develop and launch new products and technologies Strong strategic thinking and planning skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively Experience in the relevant industry is preferred
