Fury Motors in Stillwater is looking for a Warranty Administrator who takes pride in accurate work, follows through on outstanding claims, and helps our service team get warranty repairs paid correctly and on time. If you enjoy working through details, solving documentation questions, and keeping things moving, we’d like to meet you.

What You’ll Do You’ll manage warranty claims from submission through payment, working with Service Advisors, Technicians, and manufacturers to keep documentation complete and resolve issues. Prepare and submit accurate warranty claims on time. Review repair orders for complete technician notes, correct labor times, and parts usage.

Follow up with manufacturers on claim status, corrections, and payment. Track outstanding claims, maintain warranty schedules, and reconcile unpaid balances. Coordinate with Service Advisors on warranty approvals and help Technicians understand documentation requirements. Monitor recall requirements and stay current on manufacturer warranty policies.

Maintain organized records, support audits, and assist with internal warranty training. What You Bring 1–2 years of automotive warranty experience preferred. A strong understanding of repair orders and service documentation. The ability to interpret and apply manufacturer warranty guidelines. Attention to detail and the confidence to ask questions when something doesn’t add up.

Organization and follow-through to manage deadlines and outstanding claims. Clear communication and a collaborative approach to working with the service team. The Position Pay: $22–$32 per hour, based on experience and performance. Schedule: Full-time, with increased workload around month-end. Location: Fury Motors in Stillwater, MN.

Work setting: Primarily office-based, with regular interaction in service and shop areas.
