Registered Nurse (Rn) $4000 Sign-on

Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Redbanks is a locally managed, community focused, not-for-profit skilled nursing center located in Henderson, KY 42420. Our facility is listed as a qualifying nursing home under the CMS Nurses for Nursing Homes initiative. Eligible nurses may qualify for student loan repayment assistance and/or financial stipends. $4000 Sign-on Bonus

• Wages based on years of experience We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Henderson, KY. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients while collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patient health conditions and vital signs. Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Provide patient education and support to patients and their families. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition.

Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kentucky. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Previous clinical experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
