In this role, you'll coordinate towing and roadside assistance services, communicate with drivers and customers, and help keep emergency and roadside operations running efficiently. Strong communication and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm and organized in high‑stress situations. Basic computer applications experience. Previous experience using TOPS software and/or Samsara,GPS systems preferred. Knowledge of towing terminology, equipment types, and recovery processes preferred. Ability to pass background and drug screening. Must be able to communicate fluently in English​ General Physical Demands Sit for extended periods (up to 8–12 hours during busy shifts). Stand, walk, and move between office areas as needed. Lift and carry office items, paperwork, or small equipment up to 20–25 lbs. Perform repetitive hand and wrist motions when typing or using communication equipment.
