We are currently hiring for an experienced Skilled Tradesman/Carpenter for Residential Rehab to join our team.

We are looking for someone with full knowledge of interior home remodeling. In this position you will be specializing in kitchens and bathrooms, so we need a Carpenter with cabinetry and vanity experience. Responsibilities

Thoroughly skilled in the art of carpentry. Knowledge of methods, tools, machines and materials used in construction as related to carpentry. Ability to interpret technical specifications. Basic Plumbing. Tile Work. Ability to take direction and interact effectively with team members. Install cabinets, counters and molding. Regular attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in finish carpentry. Additional 3+ years’ experience in rough carpentry preferred. Must have valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Must have your own tools.
