Director of Revenue Management

The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for developing and executing revenue optimization strategies to maximize the hotel's profitability and market share. This role oversees pricing, inventory management, demand forecasting, distribution channel performance, and market analysis for guestrooms, group business, and other revenue-generating areas.

The Director partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance, and Operations to achieve revenue, occupancy, and profitability goals.

Requirements

Prior Revenue Management Experience in the Hospitality Industry Senior or Director Experience Four years of college degree
