Skilled in ensuring efficient daily operations, managing customer reception, and coordinating parts receiving and shipping to support timely order fulfillment and after-sales service. Proven ability to support regional directors through business opportunity tracking, CRM management, customer follow-ups, and marketing event coordination.

Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with a focus on driving operational efficiency and sales conversion.
