Early Childhood Educator - Level 2

Kids & Company is looking for compassionate, dedicated Early Childhood Educators (ECE Level 2 or 3) to join our team at our Marda Loop location.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and record-keeping. Plan and implement an emergent curriculum that supports children's development. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and behavioural well-being. Complete attendance tracking and health and safety checks. Collaborate with professionals including Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Early Interventionists as required.

Assist children with transitions into and out of classrooms. Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops.

What We're Looking For

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills when working with children, families, and colleagues. Comfortable using computer systems for documentation and classroom operations. Collaborative team player with a positive attitude. Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Level 2 or Level 3 Certification. Current Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check (or ability to obtain). Valid Standard Child Care First Aid and CPR Level B Certification. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 45 lbs. Why Join Kids & Company?
