First Aid Trainer REF 376886 Contract Length: 1 year Location: Birmingham IR35: Inside Pay Rate to Intermediary: £26.52 per hour Spinwell is recruiting for First Aid Trainers for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

OF THE FIRST AID TRAINER To research, design and deliver learning & development programmes in support of organisational requirements for Police. To offer advice and support to the Learning & Development Management team in devising training solutions appropriate to current and future needs. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE FIRST AID TRAINER Teaching Qualification (minimum of one or above): Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development Level 3 Certificate in the Lifelong Learning Sector Level 3 Certificate in Teaching Adult Learners Assessing Qualification (minimum of one or above): Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) Level 3 Training, Assessment and Quality Assurance (TAQA) A1 Assessor Award First Aid Competence (both required): Valid, in-date First Aid at Work (FAW) certificate Recent demonstrable experience delivering first aid training If you are a First Aid Trainer, apply now or send your CV to Spinwell!
