ABOUT YOU

No formal experience necessary Need to be able to use handtools effectively Must be able to work independently and in a team environment Good communication skills Punctuality and professionalism are essential Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Self-motivated, honest, ethical, and strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Pay is based on experience, the typical range of $18-25 per hour with a bonus available.

Bonus average is $3 - $5 per hour JOB DUTIES Runs routine maintenance on residential gas furnaces, electric furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning units, ductless mini-splits, duct work, etc. Communicate with team members, read plans, and perform other related duties Comply with company and industry safety standards Participate in company-provided trainings Must be able to read and use a tape measure Must be comfortable setting up and working on ladders Work at heights, in attics, under homes, and small areas such as crawl spaces Ability to work in varying environmental conditions Lift up to 100lbs BENEFITS: Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Paid holidays Paid Time Off Retirement plan with 4% match Tuition reimbursement APPLY NOW!
