Job Summary

Machinist 2 is a mid-level position responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments. This role requires a strong understanding of machine techniques, blueprint reading, and quality control procedures.

The Machinist 2 works with minimal supervision, performs complex setups, and ensures all components meet exact specifications. The ideal candidate has experience with CNC and/ or manual machining, a solid mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
