JOB OVERVIEW Job Id: A-MD-69796 Profession: Physician Specialty: Gynecologic Oncology Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Lansing, MI Service Setting: Hospital Based Coverage Type: Clinical + Call Coverage Period: Jan 01, 2027 – Ongoing Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday; rotation of weekends, 1:4 call Call Ratio: 1:4 Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance Covered PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: 100% adult Average Daily Volume: 20 clinic patients, 3-4 OR cases per day Case Mix: GYN Oncology consults and surgeries FACILITY INFORMATION Trauma Level: Level I EMR System: Epic PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Temporary Privileges Available: No Credentialing Timeline: 90-120 days REQUIRED PROCEDURES Clinic and in-patient consults GYN cases Discussion of chemo oversight - currently transitioned to medical oncology JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible (with min 2 years experience) Licenses: Active Michigan Medical License DEA: Active DEA Certification Certifications: BLS, ACLS, DEA Experience: Minimum 2 years post-residency Other Qualifications: Clean malpractice/license history, NPDB self-query within 30 days Duties & Responsibilities Provide hospital-based coverage for gynecologic oncology services Conduct clinic and inpatient consultations Perform gynecologic surgeries Discuss chemotherapy oversight with medical oncology team Participate in 1:4 call rotation
