Job description: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team at Pro. Validus Medical Staffing. As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) with us, you will play a crucial role in delivering expert healthcare services and improving patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Assist with ADLs: Help residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting, while maintaining their dignity and comfort. Vital signs: Monitor and record residents' vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration) and report any changes to the nursing staff.

Mobility assistance: Aid residents with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises to maintain their mobility and prevent falls. Resident monitoring: Observe residents for changes in physical or mental conditions and promptly report concerns to the healthcare team. Personal care: Ensure that residents receive personal care in a respectful and compassionate manner.

Collaboration: Work alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care and maintain a positive living environment for residents. Documentation: Accurately document care provided in the facility’s electronic medical records (EMR) system.

Qualifications

Active CNA Certification in the state of Ohio (required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
