As an MEP Superintendent
- Mission Critical, you'll be responsible for the overall direction of field operations on one or multiple mission‑critical or data center projects. Coordinate and execute project schedules while managing labor and cost outcomes. Direct and supervise all Findorff field personnel and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion, and lead by example by fostering positive, effective working relationships across the project team.
