The Machine Operator responsibilities includes operating an ice cream filler and associated equipment in an ambient environment. A Machine Operator is responsible for the proper assembly and setup of the Ice Cream Filler, conveyors and shrink wrap used in the manufacture of frozen dessert products in a cGMP compliant environment.

Machine Operator responsibilities also include adherence to Master Batch Record materials requirements and quality control documentation in Ice Cream processing operations to produce Ice Cream products that consistently meet specifications.
