Dispatcher-Dedicated Account

Dispatcher-Cranberry Township This position is in Aim Integrated Logistics and reports directly to the Regional Director of Logistics or Account Supervisor. The dispatcher works with management and supervisors of other Integrated customer accounts and Central Operations. They handle day to day driver communication of the Aim fleets in the assigned customer account.

The dispatcher assigns the safe and timely delivery of the customer’s deliveries to maximize customer service while maintaining timely and accurate communication with the customer, accounts, drivers and corporate offices. They coordinate any equipment issues and perform administrative functions Route trucks and schedule delivery appointments as needed Completion of absentee reports and completion of driver logs Completion of weekly lot check forms review, report, and deliver KPI’s DOT hours, and payroll Completion of all daily and weekly operations reports Gather, compile and report OS&D information Document issues that arise during shifts Move equipment in the yards as needed Enforce published SOP’s Log service failures and present solutions to both Aim and customer Interview and road test candidates as needed• communication delivery issues to both Aim personnel and customer personnel• Coordinate any equipment issues and perform administrative functions Route trucks and schedule delivery appointments as needed Handle day to day driver communication of Aim fleets in the assigned customer account Completion of all daily and weekly operations reports Log service failures and present solutions to both Aim and customer Conduct random performance audits focusing on customer service, employee safety and compliance with published SOP’s Resolve equipment issues with Road Rescue Benefits for Employee & Family: Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield Medical Coverage Dental and Vision 401K Company Match Paid Vacation and Holidays Company Paid Life Insurance Short-Term/Long-Term Disability Room for growth!
