Responsibilities include
assisting with resident assessments, recording vital signs, supporting medication administration under supervision, maintaining accurate medical records, and coordinating with nursing staff to promote resident wellness and safety. The CMA/CMT ensures compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
