Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN Occupational Therapist Location: Pine Run Village | Doylestown, PA Benchmark Therapies is looking for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Occupational Therapists to join our team at Pine Run Village in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. This could be a great fit for an OT who enjoys working with older adults and wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative therapy team.

What You'll Do

Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Provide skilled treatment based on each resident's needs, routines, and personal goals Help residents improve or maintain independence with dressing, bathing, toileting, grooming, meals, and other daily activities Recommend adaptive equipment, strategies, and environmental modifications when appropriate Support residents in staying as independent and engaged in their daily routines as possible Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems Be part of a positive, supportive, and team-focused therapy environment What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license in good standing A genuine interest in working with older adults Strong communication and collaboration skills A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care Full-Time Benefits For eligible full-time team members: Health, dental, and vision insurance Accident, life, disability, and critical illness coverage Six paid holidays PTO with full annual rollover and no rollover cap 401(k) Free continuing education through CEU360 Support from accessible clinical leadership Part-Time Benefits For eligible part-time team members: Accrued paid time off Paid holidays (4 hours per holiday) PTO with full annual rollover and no rollover cap 401(k) Free continuing education through CEU360 Flexible scheduling and support from our clinical leadership team PRN at Benchmark Flexible scheduling that works around your availability No regular monthly coverage requirement Work at least once every six months to remain active A collaborative therapy team where your contribution is valued Whether you're looking for a full-time role, a part-time schedule, or occasional PRN hours, we'd be happy to tell you more about the opportunity and the team at Pine Run Village.
