Weekday Warehouse Associate - Peak Season Bonus!

The Warehouse Associate DC Flex is responsible for picking, packing, labeling, and replenishing orders in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The role involves working with cobots, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring an organized warehouse. Candidates must be able to lift up to 55 lbs (occasionally 100 lbs), stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule with potential overtime.

Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and safety awareness are essential. Basic computer skills and experience with RF devices and WMS are preferred. The position aligns with QBP’s core values of integrity, partnership, and customer-first service.
