What you'll do

Welcome customers and create a positive, friendly experience every time they visit our store. Take the time to understand each customer's needs and recommend products, plans and services that genuinely suit their lifestyle and budget. Help customers discover the value of Optus products and services through natural, customer-focused conversations.

Build confidence in technology by explaining products and solutions in a simple, easy-to-understand way. Work with your team to achieve sales targets while ensuring every customer feels supported and valued.

What you'll bring

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building genuine relationships. Confidence identifying customer needs and recommending solutions that add value. A motivated and results-driven mindset, with an interest in achieving individual and team sales goals. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
