HR Tech & Automation Leader - SPAIN

Reporting directly to the Corporate CPO, the HR Tech & Automation Leader will drive the company’s global HR digital transformation, leading the evolution of SAP Success. Factors , the optimization of Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes, and the adoption of automation, analytics, and AI across international HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the functional evolution and global rollouts of SAP Success. Factors, ensuring standardized and scalable HR processes across countries. Drive H2R process transformation, simplifying, automating, and digitizing core HR operations. Act as the functional bridge between HR, Payroll, IT, and implementation partners. Identify and implement HR automation, digitalization, and AI opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Develop HR KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Power BI. Support change management, training, user adoption, and executive-level reporting for HR transformation initiatives. What We Are Looking For? 5+ years of functional experience with SAP Success. Factors , ideally in multinational environments. Proven track record in international Success.

Factors implementations and country rollouts. Strong expertise in Employee Central and exposure to modules such as Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Talent, Time Management, and People Analytics. Experience redesigning and standardizing H2R processes within HR transformation programs. Good understanding of SAP Payroll processes and integrations with Success.

Factors. Experience with functional testing, UAT, data validation, and change management. Strong Power BI capabilities, including dashboard development and HR KPI definition. Advanced PowerPoint and executive communication skills. Fluent English (C1 level or equivalent).

SAP Success. Factors Employee Central certification. Experience with HR automation, workflow solutions, and AI-enabled HR tools. Understanding of Success. Factors architecture, integrations, and data flows.
