You will analyse client requirements, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Salesforce service applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their customer service processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Salesforce Integration Developer Senior Associate, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability, enhancing business processes and efficiency. Examples of the skills, knowledge, and experiences you need to lead and deliver value at this level include but are not limited to: Design and develop integration solutions between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools, with a focus on Mule. Soft. Utilize Mule. Soft Anypoint Platform to build, deploy, and manage APIs and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements and business needs, translating them into technical specifications. Implement and maintain integration solutions, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability , leveraging Mule. Soft's capabilities. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing technical support and guidance, particularly in the context of Mule. Soft integrations. Optimize integration processes for performance and scalability, using Mule. Soft best practices. Maintain documentation of integration configurations and processes, including Mule. Soft API specifications and flow diagrams. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and Mule. Soft integration technologies and best practices. Mentor and support junior developers, sharing knowledge and expertise , especially in Mule. Soft development. Job Qualifications: Extensive experience with Salesforce platform and integration technologies, including Mule. Soft. Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Java, or JavaScript . Strong understanding of API development and integration tools, with hands-on experience in Mule. Soft Anypoint Platform. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills .
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and tools. Knowledge of data management and security best practices.
