What we typically look for: Previous experience within the energy sector is essential 6+ months’ experience in outbound B2B lead generation, telemarketing, business development, or sales Confidence discussing energy-related products, services, or market concepts with senior stakeholders A target-driven mindset with a clear motivation to maximise commission and earnings Proven ability to build strong business relationships and manage a sales pipeline Ambition, resilience, and a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in energy and sustainability What we offer (when roles are live): £26,200 base salary plus uncapped commission Realistic and achievable OTE of £37k+, with top performers earning significantly more Clear commission structure designed to reward performance and consistency Flexible hybrid working model Structured onboarding, ongoing training, and development within the energy sector Clear progression pathways and the opportunity to grow with the business A supportive, inclusive culture with regular incentives, recognition, and team rewards Performance-based incentives and rewards throughout the year If you have energy industry experience and are motivated by both earning potential and career progression, we would welcome your interest.
