We are seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Used Car Sales Executive to join a high-performing sales team. The Role As a Used Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for: Selling used vehicles while delivering an outstanding customer experience Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle handover Demonstrating vehicle features and arranging test drives Building rapport with customers to understand and meet their needs Promoting finance, insurance, warranties, and value-added products Maintaining accurate customer records within the dealership CRM system Achieving and exceeding vehicle sales targets and KPI objectives Following up on leads and generating repeat and referral business About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably within a franchised or independent dealership environment A proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities A professional and customer-focused approach Good IT and administrative skills A full UK driving licence Desirable Experience selling finance and insurance products Knowledge of used vehicle stock management processes FCA awareness and compliance knowledge What's on Offer?
