Position Summary

Provides outpatient behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and care coordination for individuals receiving behavioral health services.

A Day in the Life

Conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, provides individual therapy, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, maintains documentation, and monitors client progress.

Requirements

Requirements Essential Duties & Responsibilities Complete behavioral health assessments and diagnostic evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based outpatient therapy. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Coordinate care with internal and external providers. Participate in treatment team meetings and supervision.

Meet productivity and quality standards. Provide crisis intervention when appropriate. Perform other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities None Education & Experience Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Ohio behavioral health licensure appropriate to the position. Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services preferred.

Valid driver's license may be required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines Knowledge of behavioral health documentation and HIPAA. Critical thinking and sound clinical judgment. Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office.
