Internship: Upgrade of a core VIP to enhance test CSR

INTERNSHIP IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING – 2027 Paris La Défense (France) – 3 months Subject: Upgrade of a core VIP to enhance test CSR Project Description As an intern at Melexis, you will continue the development of a core VIP to check CSR registers (aka PORTS at MELEXIS) more accurately and enhance API to ease its usage (it could be a UVM-RAL like API).

And verify its correctness against known designs. More specifically, you will:. ● Specify upgrades of VIP and implement them. ● Simulate and verify the functionality of the developed VIP. ● Potentially contribute to the integration of the VIP into a design testbench. ● Collaborate with experienced engineers to troubleshoot and refine the VIP.

Expected results A configurable VIP easy-to-ease and easy-to-integrate. A suitable verification environment for all supported modes of operation.

Requirements

Master

1. Basic knowledge in RTL coding (Verilog and/or VHDL). Basic understanding of digital design verification flow.
