Join our bank team and embrace unparalleled flexibility by having the freedom to tailor your schedule to fit your lifestyle. Imagine starting your day with a smile and a kind word that brightens someone's morning. As a Care Assistant, you’ll be there to support residents with the little things that matter most. Whether that’s helping with daily routines, assistant with personal care, sharing a laugh over a cup of tea, or simply being a listening ear.
Every day is different. One moment you might be encouraging someone to join an activity they love, the next you’re offering comfort and reassurance to make them feel safe and cared for. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that works together to make our home feel warm and our residents comfortable and safe. In this role, it’s not just about providing care it’s about creating moments of joy, dignity, and connection.
You’ll help write the small, meaningful chapters in someone’s story, and in return, you’ll be part of a community that values and supports you too. Please note, that all our roles are subject to an enhanced police check (Disclosure Barring Service – DBS) before employment commences. As a Care Assistant, every day is about making a real difference in the lives of our residents.
You’ll get to:
- Support residents with daily routines such as washing, dressing, and mealtimes
- Promote resident dignity which is person centred and respects individual choices
- Share moments of laughter, conversation, and companionship
- Encourage residents to take part in activities and enjoy their hobbies
- Provide comfort and reassurance when residents need a little extra care
- Work as part of a close-knit team to make every day safe, joyful, and fulfilling

- Are patient, kind, and genuinely enjoy helping others
- Listen carefully, respond with empathy, and build trust with residents
- Stay calm under pressure and adapt to different situations
- Work well as part of a team but can also use your initiative

- Open – you welcome others warmly and listen with care
- Nimble – you adapt quickly, always ready to step in where needed
- Brilliant – you go above and beyond to make someone feel valued
