Bilingual Property Management Virtual Assistant REMOTE

Pelican Development is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Property Management Virtual Assistant to join our growing team (REMOTE POSITION!!) This is an exciting opportunity to play a key support role in a dynamic real estate environment, helping keep operations running smoothly from behind the scenes. Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to tenant and owner communications via email, phone, and property management platforms
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors and contractors to ensure timely resolution
• Assist with lease administration, including drafting, renewals, and document management
• Maintain accurate records in property management software Appfolio
• Support rent collection processes, track payments, and flag delinquencies
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for property managers and stakeholders
• Post and manage property listings across rental platforms to minimize vacancy
• Provide general administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and calendar management Requirements:
• Prior experience in property management, real estate administration, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency with property management software such as App. Folio, Buildium, or Rent Manager
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused demeanor
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable internet connection and a fully equipped home office setup
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
