Harbor Chevrolet is seeking a proven, high-integrity Finance Manager** to join our growing leadership team. This is a performance-driven opportunity for an F&I professional who excels at customer experience, compliance, and profitability-while operating in a modern, process-focused dealership.

What You’ll Do

Deliver an exceptional, transparent purchase experience from credit interview through delivery

Present and sell F&I products (VSC, GAP, maintenance, protection products) with integrity

Structure and submit deals to lender partners to maximize approvals and profitability

Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and manufacturer guidelines

Maintain accurate documentation, funding, and timely contract processing

Collaborate with Sales Managers to improve close rates and overall deal quality

What We’re Looking For

Automotive F&I experience required** (Chevrolet experience a plus)

Strong knowledge of lender programs, credit tiers, and compliance standards

Consistent track record of PVR, product penetration, and CSI performance

Professional communication skills with a customer-first mindset

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process driven

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
