Construction Laborer (Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm)

Essential Functions

Performs construction tasks including, but not limited to: Drywall: Up to level 3 finish. Framing: Basic framing techniques, and knowledge able of framing of terminology. Flooring: Flooring repairs, base cove installation, and assists in larger flooring installations. Painting: Paint with attention to detail with little to no rework.

Maintains an organized and stocked tool cart/bag. Requests for and/or replenishes materials and supplies as necessary. Maintains a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and wears protective equipment as required. Tracks assigned construction projects/tasks and ensures completion in a timely manner while adhering to operational standards.

Communicates progress to project manager and/or supervisor. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management.

Education and Experience

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education level. Minimum two (2) years of construction or related experience
