With this comes the necessity of a purchasing agent located onsite in our corporate office.

Your Responsibilities

Purchasing of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components to maintain optimal stocking levels at distribution centers Ordering products for customer allocations and proper inventory management Resolving discrepancies in shipments and invoices Maintaining inventory databases Utilizing liquidation channels and following up on orders to assure on-time delivery Entering purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner Ensuring quantity and timing of deliveries are managed to meet customer requirements Assisting both inside sales and field sales with accurate price, delivery, expediting, sourcing and technical information upon request Work in a professional manner to resolve customer’s problems and issues, using all available resources The successful applicant must work within well-defined guidelines to accomplish routine assignments and support sales efforts.

Requirements
