Physician Assistant (PA) - Inpatient Neurosurgery - TMC

Inpatient Neurosurgery Physician Assistant — 0.6 FTE TMC Health | TMC Grant | Tucson, Arizona TMC Health is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our inpatient neurosurgery service at TMC Grant. This benefits-eligible, 0.6 FTE position offers the opportunity to support a busy surgical service, strengthen continuity of care and contribute to ongoing service-line improvement.

The Physician Assistant will work collaboratively with a five-surgeon call group, a partner APP, hospitalists, nursing, case management, therapists, and other members of the inpatient care team.

Responsibilities include

rounding, assessment and management of hospitalized neurosurgical patients, admissions, consults, care coordination, documentation and discharge support. Position Highlights

• Part-time, 0.6 FTE employment with TMC Health
• Two or three 10-hour shifts in an exclusively inpatient role
• No call

• Experienced Physician Assistant
• Background in neurosurgery, neurology, acute care, critical care, hospital medicine or a related inpatient specialty preferred
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary hospital team
