What You'll Do

Customer Communication Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat requests from customers Provide expert information and manage bookings efficiently Meet quality and productivity KPIs while maintaining excellent service standards Stay updated on processes, products, and destinations through our internal tools Continuously develop your skills and identify areas for improvement Adapt to different communication channels (phone, email, social media) Collaborate with other departments on special projects Show flexibility in handling ad-hoc tasks and missions What We're Looking For Trilingual proficiency: French, English, and Dutch Minimum 1 year experience in a similar customer service role Secondary education diploma (Tourism & Hospitality qualification preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written communication abilities Knowledge of remote customer service best practices Understanding of tourism industry (destinations, products, tour operators) Team player mentality Proficiency in MS Office and internal information systems Adaptability to change Ready to Join Us?
