Job Posting Location Bangkok Job Summary The Digital Marketing Consultant is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing digital marketing solutions that support customers' business goals.

The role focuses on consultative selling, identifying client needs, coordinating campaign execution, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and account management. Job Description Expand new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions to support business objectives.

Build long-term relationships and provide professional consultation to clients. Achieving annual sales targets and contributing to overall business growth. Prepare and submit sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports. Coordinate and manage landing page design and development projects to ensure delivery within agreed SLA.

Monitor project progress and ensure campaigns are launched according to schedule. Follow up on client payments and account receivables. Provide post-sales support and assist clients in resolving service-related issues. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry best practices to provide value-added recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field. At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, Account Management, or Sales-related roles. Knowledge of SEO, Content Marketing, and digital marketing concepts is highly preferred. Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

Good understanding of digital marketing services and online business solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business-related software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about sales and business development. Excellent personality, positive attitude, and strong service mind.
