Marketing Director-Pinecrest

Job Details: Salary Range: Undisclosed, At Pine. Crest Retirement Community, we're looking for a dynamic Marketing Director who is passionate about building relationships, creating meaningful connections, and helping older adults and their families find a place they can truly call home. As part of Methodist Retirement Communities, you'll join a mission-driven organization dedicated to honoring and serving older adults as an expression of Christ's love.

You'll work alongside an experienced leadership team and receive support from corporate marketing team while making a direct impact in the Lufkin community.

What You'll Do

The Marketing Director is responsible for achieving occupancy goals through the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the community's sales and marketing strategy. In this role, you will:

• Generate and nurture prospective resident leads through relationship building and community outreach
• Conduct tours and guide prospects through the decision-making process
• Develop and execute marketing plans that drive occupancy and community awareness
• Build referral relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, churches, and local businesses
• Plan and coordinate events that showcase the Pine. Crest lifestyle
• Maintain accurate lead management and follow-up processes
• Partner closely with the Executive Director and community leadership team to achieve census goals Qualifications: What We're Looking For
• Proven senior living sales experience required
• Bachelor's degree preferred (related experience may be substituted)
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong presentation, communication, and closing skills
• Experience managing leads and maintaining a consistent follow-up process
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn community software systems
