Join our Manufacturing Technology team as Head of Industrial Automation and Control Systems (x|f|m) and shape the global automation strategy and its implementation. The position is based in Goettingen with the possibility to work some days in a week remotely. Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities Lead a global team of around 30 automation and control systems experts and develop the team’s capabilities Define and implement global automation strategies, control system architectures (PLC, SCADA, etc.)

and standards for automation and control systems Coordinate global automation projects, develop planning processes and set priorities to ensure delivery in terms of quality, budget, schedule and performance Ensure reliable, safe and state-of-the-art automation solutions and foster collaboration across Engineering, Production, IT and other functions Take responsibility for AMR technology, including end-to-end logistics, connectivity, VDA standards and global rollout Drive innovative automation technologies and Industry 4.
