Staff Accountant

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting operations across multiple business entities.

Position Summary

The Staff Accountant is responsible for daily accounting activities, accounts payable and receivable, payroll reconciliations, account reconciliations, and supporting month-end close processes. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their accounting career within a growing organization. This is a fully on-site position that requires regular in-office attendance and offers opportunities for in-person collaboration with the team.

Key Responsibilities

Process and support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities. Perform daily accounting functions and general ledger maintenance. Assist with payroll reconciliations. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts. Support month-end and year-end close activities. Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.

Assist with financial reporting and analysis. Ensure transactions are accurately coded and recorded. Support audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements. Assist with multi-entity accounting and consolidation activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. 1-3 years of accounting experience strongly preferred. Experience with AP, AR, payroll reconciliation, and general accounting. Experience with NetSuite preferred. Strong Excel and organizational skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
