You will work alongside an experienced Owner/Operator and an established team of talented leaders, taking ownership of daily restaurant operations while continuing to develop your leadership capabilities.

Your Impact Delivering operational excellence & coordinating with other leaders to deliver remarkable results across all areas of the restaurant Lead daily Front of House operations while supporting Kitchen operations as needed.

Work alongside your team to deliver excellent food, exceptional service, and operational excellence. Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable to high performance standards. Make effective operational decisions in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Take ownership of rotating departmental responsibilities, including processes, order accuracy, and drive-thru performance.

Maintain Chick-fil-A standards for food quality, guest experience, and team safety. Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with fellow leaders to achieve restaurant goals. Background Profile Strong work ethic with a demonstrated sense of urgency and personal accountability. Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.

Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred. Ability to lead by example while actively participating in restaurant operations. Dependable, adaptable, and motivated by a challenge. Passion for developing others and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Desire to build a long-term career in restaurant leadership.
