They also support supply chain activities & programs and contribute to saving targets while ensuring a good Service Level for Operations & Support Functions.

- Identify the right internal stakeholder for specific need (Project, Contract, Category)
- Support operations in their daily procurement needs. Execute local purchasing and manage local supplier relationships.
- Manage local spend and perform analysis on local category cost base and suppliers to ensure delivery of spend targets.
- Study and analyze reports
- Oversee approval of accounts receivable and procurement
- Can execute spot buy if needed on urgent cases
