Many of our Care Assistants previously worked in customer-facing roles where compassion, communication and reliability were already part of their everyday skills. What you'll be doing You'll help older and vulnerable adults remain independent in their own homes by providing: Companionship and conversation Personal care Meal preparation Medication support Light household tasks Shopping and community outings Encouraging independence and wellbeing No two visits are ever the same, but every visit makes a real difference.

Who we're looking for You don't need previous care experience—we're looking for people with the right values. Availability Required We're currently recruiting specifically for evening and weekend Care Assistants.
