• Mandan, ND, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: 4 Year Degree, Salary Range: $57000.00 - $59000.00Salary/year, Are you a passionate Early Childhood Leader with experience in behavior analysis or behavior therapy, or OT looking to make a broad community impact? Our Head Start program is seeking an Education Coordinator. This person will oversee classroom quality, mentor teaching staff, and elevate our inclusive learning environments. If you want to use your background in behavior analysis or sensory-motor development to shape early childhood curricula, support neurodiverse learners, and coach teachers in real-time, this role is for you. A degree in ECE or Elementary Education and experience teaching preschool age children is preferred, but other degrees may qualify (such as behavior therapy or occupational therapy). Details 10 months, 40 hours/week. Work from early August to mid June.

Pay range

is $57,000-59,000 Requirements A degree in ECE or Elementary Education and experience teaching preschool age children is preferred, but other degrees may qualify. Valid driver's license Great organization Strong leadership skills Knowledgeable about early child development Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing environments, and Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
