Job Description Sunwest Services Inc. in Lakewood, CO is hiring an experienced Construction Technician to perform commercial remodels and repair work for commercial properties. This position requires a skilled individual with experience in construction, pipework, and soldering. Travel is required, as many projects are located throughout Colorado and occasionally in other states.

Responsibilities

Perform commercial remodels, repairs, and tenant improvements. Complete plumbing and pipe work, including copper pipe soldering. Read work orders and complete projects safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and professional job site.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or a related field Experience with plumbing, pipe installation, and soldering copper pipe is required. Ability to travel frequently, including overnight and out-of-state projects. Willingness to work extended hours when projects require it. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
