Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Coach, train, and support team members to help them grow and succeed. Monitor team performance and provide meaningful, ongoing feedback. Lead by example and ensure phenomenal customer service is delivered at every interaction.

Create a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment. Identify opportunities to improve team performance, efficiency, and the overall customer experience. Step in to solve problems, support your team, and keep operations running smoothly. What We’re Looking For Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role , with a track record of success.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and keep a team moving in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A positive, professional attitude with a genuine commitment to customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Retail and/or Food & Beverage industry . Experience coaching, training, and developing team members.
