As a Manager at Strategy , you will work with leading organizations, both national and international, across diverse sectors. Together with your team, you will develop innovative strategies and approaches throughout the entire value chain – from business and operating models to technology and digital strategies, including transformation programs. You will lead (sub)projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and act as a liaison between clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with colleagues across various consulting areas and leverage the expertise of our global network to develop and implement integrated solutions. You will also take on a mentoring role, fostering your colleagues’ development and actively contributing to an open and collaborative team culture. Through continuous training, you will deepen your methodological, leadership, and sector-specific skills. On projects, you will analyze complex client issues, structure problems, and develop strategic solutions with sustainable impact. Typical topics include: Development of corporate, business unit, and digital strategies; Redefinition of business and operating models; Planning and implementation of transformation and change management programs; Support for M A initiatives, carve-outs, and portfolio strategies; Optimization of organizations, processes, and value chains; Use of data, analytics, and new technologies for decision support. You will be responsible for your projects’ outcomes, ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and controlling budgets, and you will present results at the executive (C-Level) level.
