An achievement we are confident in accomplishing in the next 3 years! For this reason, we are looking for an Administration Intern at our Headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland. You will join the Administration team reporting directly to the Head of Administration and to ensure the excellence of our daily administration tasks.

Your mission: Manage invoicing and reminders for our (rare) distracted clients Deal with legal entities such as the employment office or the AVS / AHV Monitor cash collection correctly Fight against the black market to collect missing trust mandates Monitor and improve our key metrics, data analyses Prepare KPI reports for the Admin team Help our Head of Administration in preparing the accounting Share your best ideas to improve our internal processes Your weapons: Ambitious and autonomous student willing to learn and surpass yourself Focused on self-improvement Strong interest for numbers Perfect command of the software tools (Office Pack) Fluent in French or German / excellent English language skills Additional Information: 6-months full-time internship starting December 2021 or January 2022 Receive lots of responsibilities from day 1 and one-to-one coaching Young and dynamic team A place to learn, grow and surpass yourself.
